You don’t risk the upfront costs entering a country or market in which you have no expertise, so we are lower risk. We can provide office space, company registrations and product registrations. We can hire staff for you or to work through our team. We have financial systems in place; we have accountants, auditors and Tax advisors. You only need to commit to a budget if we provide the people and resources we take a significant element of the risk away.
Speed
We can get you to market quickly, we know the distributors, we have the PR and agency contacts, we can buy Ad space from the right people at the right prices. As a service organisation we are used to tighter deadlines and the need to deliver, if we don’t we lose our business.
Sales expertise
Our sales team have years of experience and success in managing key accounts, developing and delivering new product introductions and managing sales. Success is about having the right process, knowing the right people and having the skills to bring it all together. Specific expertise revolves around healthcare, bringing both understanding of medical conditions and knowing how the market works. We need to become your sales team, understand the products intimately and be focused on your goals. The team consists of our Sales Director and key account/ business managers, supported by an in house customer care team and a telesales team.
Marketing expertise
Our team have many years of experience in both consumer and healthcare campaigns and has launched and managed many leading UK health brands. Close relationships with a number of agencies and associates enable us to quickly develop well-crafted plans for product launch and development. Apart from standard marketing, significant expertise is now seen within web marketing.
Legal and Financial
With systems already in place a new client can be up and running very quickly and taking cash from customers. As a company who have had to raise significant funds ourselves we are well placed to advise on solutions to a wide range of financial needs. In legal terms we have significant experience in ensuring any web-based activity offers protection to you and your brand and observes all legal requirements here in Europe. We have significant expertise in both generating and assessing legal contracts, so we can help you put together contracts or ensure they are appropriate.
Track record
As a team we are proud of our achievements before and since joining Healthantec. These range from setting up and selling businesses, to getting products to market on time and a history of achieving goals. What’s more the team have significant experience of launching products into new markets with no pre existing products where we have carved out new, unique segments. This requires all the standard business skills but a great amount of judgement based upon experience and the ability to react and change as emerging markets are formed and develop. Sometimes our clients find this hard to learn, the one thing we do know in entering any new market is we wont get it 100% right.
Flexibility…our watchword.
Every client has different needs; they all work a little differently. Wherever possible we will accommodate new ideas, process and methods, providing this doesn’t compromise existing clients. So being flexible means we wont come to you with a fixed idea or plan. Usually our clients have great expertise within their own markets and clear ideas as to how to market the brand. We need to learn from this and you shouldn’t expect us to be more expert than you about your product. We will however challenge your thinking and hope you will challenge ours! Together we can usually merge our skills to become a real force for your product.
Incentives
Our relationship should have incentives. We have the biggest incentive, as if we don’t meet your expectations we lose your business. But we need to feel we earn more if we exceed your expectations, this should be to both our advantages. We also need you to have incentives to support us after all we cant do it alone and its important we get your support for years to come in some cases. For some clients we are a way to establish and build your product and your business, so in effect our success might mean you take the business away or sell it on. That’s fine, in fact it’s a benefit of working with us, but we need to understand the goals of the deal and be incentivised to help you until the very last day of our relationship. Win win…
